7/1/26 credit card fees

Since 2014, Chaffee Chick Design has been absorbing all credit card processing fees at no additional cost to our customers.

We will continue to accept credit card payments for orders. However, as our suppliers are now charging us similar processing fees, we find it necessary to recover a portion of these costs. As a result, a credit card processing fee will be applied to credit card transactions.

Beginning in mid-2026, we will be implementing a credit card processing fee for card payments.

Effective 7/1/26:

Quoted jobs, and anything shown online/Facebook/in-store would be at the (normal) Cash/Check/ACH Rates.  

Jobs that would be paid by Credit Card will be 3% higher (pre-tax), with the total stated prior to ringing up the sale.

To avoid these fees and save money, please consider paying by cash, check, or ACH transfer.

We used to be able to, but are no longer always, able to produce on-the-spot / while -you-wait: designing, printing, photocopying, laminating, spiral-binding, and quotes. Please allow us to be able to serve you within the queue of others who may have contacted us earlier. We will be with you when we can.

Once orders are placed, you are responsible for them (pickup/delivery & payment). This goes for any proof approvals, quote/estimate acceptances, etc. No changes may be made nor orders stopped except in circumstances discussed with & approved by CCD.

We do our best to control quality. When it comes to items produced by any of our outside vendors, each supplier might have a different QC process that must be adhered to.

Payment without prior invoice authorization is due at the time of pickup/delivery. Invoices are on a net-30 basis from when CCD notifies customer that the item is ready for pickup/delivery.

We may be instilling delivery charges for items outside of a 2-mile radius of 78 S Main, Delevan, NY or 3 miles from the Chaffee, NY (14030) zip code. (The greater of either of these.)

Appointments are encouraged. We will be implementing a method for this. In the meanwhile, storefront hours are also open by chance, please see sign in store window.

We no longer use Facebook messenger and are not always able to respond to texts for new orders. Although we prefer emails, we also accept phone calls, orders placed in person, by US mail, or directly on this website or our sister sites (ccd.4printing.com, ccd.dcpromosite.com).

Credit cards accepted but the minimum order amount is $10 before tax.

Minimum pricing for any order is now $5. This includes photocopies.
